The Centr Body Weight Home Gym has a fixed press arm, a high and low pulley, a leg curl and extension station, as well as free movement handles.

The high and low pulleys enable you to to perform hundreds of exercises to maximize your strength and resistance training workouts while the ergonomically-shaped seat and multi-adjustable back pad helps you get into the ideal body position for any exercise.

The machine also comes with a revolving straight bar and steel lat bar for added exercise variety.
